Gain a Competitve Advantage

Companies should avoid merely searching for improvements and instead focus on innovating new business.  That’s where real competitive advantages are created.  Most ideas will never make it through the full process but the alternative for companies is to go the way of the dinosaurs.  Always think BIG!
